Former President Donald Trump accepted an invitation to the National Association of Black Journalists convention in Chicago, the organization announced late Monday night.

According to NABJonline.org the former president will be in attendance on the first day of the convention Wednesday.

Trump will participate in a conversation moderated by Rachel Scott, Harris Faulkner, and Kadia Goba. NABJ President Ken Lemon says that an invitation was sent to both presidential candidates and so far only one has accepted the offer.

“We were careful about making sure that certain people were involved just because we know they have a reputation of getting answers to questions,” Lemon said when asked about journalistic honesty and factual information. “In addition to that, we are now working and …trying to rush to get in is because we’re working on trying to make sure that as he speaks, we fact check.”
